Free Shipping on all orders over $70

For orders below $70, there will be a $10 delivery fee

Delivery is outsourced and carried out between 3pm to 10pm daily. Orders are dropped off outside the door or in the riser in the event if we cannot reach you. There will be a $10 surcharge should you opt for re-delivery

For delivery within CBD area / Tuas / Sentosa Cove / All Hospitals (i.e. Thomson Medical Center, Mount Elizabeth Hospital etc), an additional $6 surcharge is applicable

(CBD area include but are not limited to: Anson Road, Beach Road, Bencoolen Road, Boat Quay, Bugis Street, Cairnhill Circle, Cecil Road, Chinatown, City Hall, High Street, Marina Bay, Middle Road, North Bridge Road, Orchard Road, People’s Park, Raffles Place, Rochor Road, Shenton Way, Suntec City, Tanjong Pagar, Victoria Street)

Returns / Refunds

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our FAQ guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

If you have an issue that is not covered below, please reach out to our team and we will help work through a solution.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within (2) days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

In the unlikely event that a refund is required, there will be a $0.50 admin fee applicable. Thank you for your kind understanding. 

Handling and Freshness 

All products shipped from Shan's Lactation Cookies bakery are baked fresh daily.

Please consume the cookies and bakes within the expiration / best before guideline. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and properly stored in a cool area / refrigerator / freezer will remain fresh and delicious for (2) months.
